Pune First Day Races Selections - 17 October 21

Pune Race Course

 

Pune Season starts off today. Many trainers took the horses to different Centers. The kitty of the RWITC has dwindled and the efforts by the Owners and Stud Owners to revive the Racing Scene is commendable. The Turf Club at Pune is also getting into the 'LIVE MODE'
Hopefully we shall have a fair racing season. One does not mind contributing if things are clean and transparent.
Wishing everyone all the best for the racing at Pune.

As is my normal procedure I wait for th horses to show the performance at the beginning of the season. Patience always pays. So, take a very calculated risk at the beginning of the season. Do take note of the weight of the horse.

RACE 2.

MARVELLOUS during the last race did show it's ability to rush up at the end. Should win in this set.

RACE 4.

JOAQUIN is more of a front runner and should prevail over AEGON and THEODORA.

RACE 6.

SULTAN SULEIMAN and MYSTIC BAY are most likely to have a swing at each other. MYSTIC BAY has the weight advantage and can give that extra effort. Yash rides for the first time and that becomes a ???.

Parmar too rides SULTAN for the first time!

RACE 7.

FLAMING FIRE has tracked with MYSTIC BAY and the previous race result can be an indicator.

ALASTAIR and RASPUTIN will try to score over each other.

RACE 9.

JETFIRE should be a safe place bt.
