SELECTIONS FOR PUNE RACES - 12 FEB 2021

RACE 1.


SERGIO will strike with a TFR of 81.80. Runs in a lower class after a run behind PENSE'E.


NUSRAT can fight for a place. Covered good ground in AME'S win. Previous runs during last Mumbai season were forward and will place.


RACE 2.


SULTAN SULEIMAN.

His two runs this season have been noteworthy. Got surprised by ENID BLYTON while being the on money favorite. Tracks have been appealing and will go full out to redeem the loss. Sits at a TFR of 73.98 and goes 5 kgs extra.


SUNRISE RUBY.

All the previous 6 runs have been progressive. Goes up to run in Class 2 with a TFR of 84.09. Has beaten MAJESTIC WARRIOR and in Race 155 was second. (Ahead of SULTAN.)
Will sweat it out against SULTAN SULEIMAN and may upset.


RACE 3.


STORM TRIGGER.

His performance against Lagarde in 2000G was noteworthy. Has a TFR of 58.23. Will dominate once again.


ALLURING SILVER.


Meets STORM TRIGGER once again. (42.02). Has been tracked over longer distances. Should follow STORM TRIGGER.


RACE 4.



Pesi has worked hard with SOCRATES. Showed out in the mock races and with a longer distance track work. Should strike in the lowest class.

MULTISTARRER (27.47) and MAPLEWOOD (24.70) have crossed each other in Race No 77. Should follow.

RUDIMENTARY too will look for a chance. (25.75)


RACE 5.


Once again ENLIGHTENED and MS BOSS lock their horns.

ENLIGHTENED has a better performance record as a 4 years old colt and has a TFR of 100.27. Should be able to resist the challenge of MS BOSS. Sits at a close TFR of 96.07.



RACE 6.


SPINOZA is another colt which has been sharpened up in the tracks by Pesi. Has tracked with Miracle. Will hold off the others.



RACE 7.


AEGON.

After his win over 6 lengths, has been penalized by 13 points (103.27). Goes with an additional weight of 6.5 kgs.


PEPPER.


After his win of 7.5 lenghts has been penalized by 14 points Runs in Class 4 with nearly the same weight. (113.13).


SPRING GROVE.


Runs in the same class. Covered well against SKYFALL. (103.87) Has been worked well at the tracks.
Appears the one who has to be beaten. A safe place bet.



RACE 8.


GUSTY GIRL.


A good second to Dharasana, while being 1 length behind. (72.14). Sandesh should lead her to the finish line first.


PEPPOLI.

Has been tracked with SPRING GROVE by the trainer for the same owners. Should follow GUSTY GIRL home.
